摘要
对现有产品品或者零件进行逆向工程(Reverse Engineering )是创新设计的一
个重要途径。三维激光扫描仪或 CT 扫描仪等三维数字化化设备可产生大量的点
云数据,而传统的手工处理点云数据的方法是相当耗时的,因此发展计算机辅
助助的点云分割割技术是逆向工程中一个重要的研究课题。本文旨在研究一种计算
机辅助助的点云分割割技术。
首先建立了点云数据向二维数字图像的转换模型,并实现了点云数据向二
维数字图像的转换;其次建立了欧氏距离点云流场和和 GVF 点云流场,并基于
Snake 模型的基本原理,分别与这两种点云流场匹配完成了点云特征轮廓的配
准,探索了两种 Snake 模型对不同类型点云分割割的作用;然后在点云特征轮廓
配准的基础上,基于 Snake 轮廓追踪技术,完成特征轮廓点云的提取,并实现
点云特征轮廓间间隙特征处的点云修补。
本文基于 AutoCAD ARX 二次开发技术,开发了点云分割割软件,完成了点
云分割割实验,验证了本文所提出的分割割算法的有效性及鲁棒性。

Abstract
It is an important way to carry out creative design based on reverse engineering
in an existing product or part. Some 3D digital equipment, such as a 3D laser scanner
or a CT scanner, can generate a huge amount of point cloud data. However,
conventional method of manually processing or editing point cloud data is a time-
consuming job, point cloud segmentation puter-aided technique is an
important research topic in reverse engineering. This paper aims to study puter-
assisted technology for point cloud segmentation.
Firstly, a transformation model of converting point cloud data into 2D digital
image is established and the transformation is realized. Secondly, Euclidean distance
flow field and GVF field of point cloud are established respectively, traditioanl snake
bined with these two fields separately is applied in the experiments of
feature contour matching. Thirdly, the snake contour tracing technique is studied, the
extraction of point cloud of the feature contour and the reparation of gap points of
mini-structure is also fulfilled applied in the experiments.
This paper develops the software of point cloud segmentation based on the ARX
technology for AutoCAD secondary development, completes the experiments of
point cloud segmentation, and confirmes that the proposed algorithm of point cloud
segmentation is effective and robust.
