该产品继承和发展了我公司 Y 系列变速器的优点,并应广大客户及市场需求,而重新设
计的大扭矩轻型汽车变速器。
经过优化设计,强度、疲劳校核,使该产品有很好的经济性、可靠性。
本使用说明书简明扼要地介绍了 5DYA 变速器的结构特点、性能参数、拆装要求以及使
用、维修、保养的注意事项,并附有详细备件明细表供驾驶人员及维修人员在操作、调整、
保养、维修时使用。

This gearbox absorbs the external-internal advanced technology and includes our rich
experience, which is independently developed.
This product with large torque and 5-speed is developed to meet the demands from the users
and to satisfy the requirement of the market.
This product has passed through all kinds of the test, such as strength test and fatigue life test,
It is a economical and reliable product.
This booklet has briefly introduced the main feature of the structure , function parameters, the
demands of dismounts and assembly, and some special attention on operation、reparation、
maintenance .Provided for driver and repairman to reference on operation 、adjustment、
maintenance.
