摘要:近年来,高强度的城市幵发、高密度建筑布局和人U持续增加使
城市风环境日趋恶化,为改善新建城IX或旧IX改造的风环境问题,木文从建筑布局、通风廊道及建筑细节三个方面提岀改善街道风环境的措施,研宄与相关模拟表明:交错式布局、逐渐抬升的建筑高度、顺应主导风向的建筑方位能从根木上提高自然通风环境;经过精心布局与设计,城市绿地廊道能转变成通风廊道加强自然通风;建筑基底布置、开口布置、立面凹凸等细节处理能有效改善局部风环境。

Abstract: Recently, the high strength development of city、 high density
layout of the buildings and continued population increase,which lead to the wind
environment be ing worse,in order to improve the wind environment in the
new city and the transformation of old urban areas, it put forward the measures to
improve the wind environment of street from the three aspects that the layout of the
building,ventilation corridor and the construction details, Research and related
simulation shows: a staggered layout、building height gradually decreasing and
building bearings conform to the dominant wind direction that can improve the natural ventilation environment fundamentally; After a careful layout and design, city Greenbelt corridor can turn into a ventilation channel makes strengthening natural
ventilation, the construction base layout,opening position, vertical concave and
convex details treatment can effectively improve the local wind environment.
