摘要
图书管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面,一方面要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库另一方面则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
从九年制义务教育建设至今,全国大多数中小学校已经按国家标准建立起学校图书室。但是相应的图书室的管理却不到位,一是管理方式落后,二是中小学校图书管理人员多数为兼职,图书借还的效率低,特别是手工操作,误差率高。不方便查找和归位,导致好书找不到,查询资料困难等问题 ,所以一套简明、高效的图书管理系统对学校图书管理工作是不可缺少的。结合学校图书借阅的要求,完成对图书管理系统的需求分析、功能模块划分,并由此设计了数据库结构和应用程序。本文所设计的图书管理系统可以满足借阅者、和管理员两方面的需要。本文首先分析了图书管理信息系统的应用需求,按照数据库设计理论一步一步地给出了系统需求说明书、概要设计、详细设计,,实现了数据库表的浏览,记录的添加、删除和修改,报表的生成,实现了条件查询和模糊查询,图书种类统计功能。
引入了图书的计算机化管理,可使整体计算机应用水平的提高和藏书规模的扩大、方便读者查询、借阅操作,解决流通中存在的问题。它能使图书馆工作人员从繁重的工作中解脱出来,大大减轻了工作量,减少人为的工作失误,全面提高图书馆的管理效率及服务质量,从而使图书馆管理水平和业务水平跃上一个新的台阶。
