本文主要讲述的是110VK配电系统(变电站)继电保护的配置,整定计算。目前,110KV变电站主要是直接向广大用户供应和分配电能,是包括发电、输变电和配电在内的整个电力系统的最终环节。由于电力系统具有发、供、用同时的特点,一旦配电系统发生故障,将造成系统对用户供电的中断,同时也有可能使整个电力系统受到影响,甚至被破坏,造成巨大的经济损失。因此,必须提高110KV配电系统的可靠性,给变电站的设备装设动作可靠、迅速、性能完善的保护,把故障影响限制在最小范围内, 保证向用户提供持续的电能。
电力系统继电保护和安全自动装置是电力系统的重要组成部分。它对电力系统安全稳定地运行和对用户的不间断供电起着极为重要的作用,没有继电保护的电力系统是不能运行的。电力系统继电保护的设计与配置是否合理直接影响到电力系统的安全稳定运行。如果设计与配置不当,继电保护将不能正确动作,从而会扩大事故的停电范围。给国民经济带来严重的恶果,有时还可能造成人身和设备安全事故。因此,为了保证110KV变电站的正常运行,必须根据《规程》来设置变电站所需要的保护装置,并根据满足选择性、速动性、灵敏性、可靠性进行整定值,使整个系统的各种继电保护有机协调地布置,正确地发挥作用。

What this text mainly told is system (transformer substation ) disposition of relay protection of 110VK distribution, calculate whole definitely. At present, 110KV transformer substation to supply the masses of users with and assign the electric energy directly mainly, it is the final links of the whole power system including generate electricity , the power transmission and transformation and distribution. Because the power system takes place, supports, uses the characteristic at the same time , once the distribution system breaks down, the ones that cause the system to supply power to users break down, may make the whole power system influenced at the same time , even destroyed, cause the enormous economic losses. So must improve 110KV distribution dependability of system, apparatus to give transformer substation install movement reliable , rapidly , complete protection of performance, influence the trouble to confine to minimum range, guarantee to offer the lasting electric energy to users.

It operates and plays an extremely important role safly in users' incessant power supply steadily in the power system, the power system without relay protection can not run .
