全自动生化分析仪是目前医院检验科最常用也是最大型的分析设备,由于生化工作在检验工作中的重要地位,为了保证检测结果的稳定性和可靠性,提供一个稳定的温度是非常重要的。医用恒温培养箱利用微机来实现控制,采用AT89C51单片机,采用12MHz晶振电路及具有上电和按键复位功路,与PC机通信电平转换电路由MAX232实现使系统能够保持恒定的温度,可以使系统具有制冷和加热功能,通过显示装置实现温度值的显示,并能够通过键盘修改和设置温度值,保证酶能在规定的温度范围内反应,从而确保全自动生化分析仪测试的准确性。不仅提高了工作效率,而且减少了主观误差,稳定了检验质量。由于这类仪器一般都具有灵敏、准确、快速、节省、标准化和质控系统完善等优点,使得自动生化分析仪在临床生化分析中得到了广泛应用。本系统的优点是能够准确的控制温度变化,使温度的波动不超过±℃完全满足酶反应的要求,并能精确的显示和设定温度值。本系统虽然能够很好的完成生化分析仪的要求,但温度调节时间比较长,每变化1℃需2分钟时间,同时在管路和水槽内热损失大,因此在要求快速测量的场合使用受到限制。

ABSTRACT
