目前,国内外将虚拟样机技术应用到玩具的设计仿真中,这一技术利用计算机三维软件建立玩具系统的三维实体模型和运动学及动力学模型,分析和评估玩具系统的性能,使得玩具的设计开发制造过程实现了真正意义上的柔性化和高效化。这一技术的运用不仅提高了产品的生产效率而且还不断完善其性能,从而使得研究开发的设计成本不断降低。为了适应消费者的需求,研发设计出更新更多种类的玩具产品,这使得虚拟样机技术得到了进一步的运用,也使得设计周期大大缩短。随着计算机技术的发展和运用,使得整个玩具的设计过程不断简化,大大减少了成本开支和时间周期。
本课题通过运用solidedge和Adams对玩具拖鞋进行运动学的仿真,首先,对玩具拖鞋进行拆卸、测绘,然后在solidedge软件中进行三维零件建模并装配,装配完后将其导入ADAMS软件中进行运动学的分析和仿真,通过不断的调试和参数的设定,实现了玩具拖鞋的运动学仿真。对仿真的结果进行分析和总结,优化设计方案。

Abstract
At present, the virtual prototype technology is applied to the simulation, the design of the toys this technique using puter 3 d software is built toy system of the three-dimensional entity model and the kinematics and dynamics model, analysis and assessment of the performance of the system, making toys toys of the design and development of manufacturing process to realize the real meaning of the flexible and efficient. The use of this technology not only improved the efficiency of the production of products and constantly improve the performance, thus make the research and development of the design cost will be reduced. In order to adapt to the needs of the consumers, research and design the update more kinds of toys products, this makes virtual prototype technology has been further use, also make the design cycle greatly reduces. With the development puter technology and apply, make the design process of the entire toy simplify ceaselessly, greatly reducing the costs and time period.
This topic through the use solidedge and Adams to the toy of the kinematics simulation on slippers, first of all, to the toy slippers removed, surveying and mapping, and then in the solidedge software for 3 d modeling and assembly parts, after the assembly will import of Adams software of the kinematics analysis and simulation, through continuous debugging and parameters Settings, realize the toys of slippers kinematics simulation. The results of simulation analysis and summary, optimize the design.
