本次毕业设计的目标是设计一款结构新颖的卷扬机,减速器安装在卷筒内部,使结构非常紧凑。减速器采用一齿差行星传动,内齿圈与卷筒固定在一起,行星齿轮有两个,采用对称布置,以减少因惯性力引起的振动。输出机构采用柱销式,用键与支座固定,不能转动。主动轴转动时,使行星轮与内齿轮啮合,由于输出机构不动,行星齿轮只能公转,不能自传,迫使内齿圈转动带动卷筒转动。
由于内齿轮和外齿轮的齿数差少,因此在渐开线少齿差内啮合传动中,常常会产生各种干涉。为了保证内啮合传动的正常运转,设计时要满足主要的两个限制条件是,即要保证啮合率不小于1同时不发生齿廓重迭干涉。设计的主要过程包括根据使用条件和载荷状况,选择合理的结构形式;根据结构和强度的要求,选用合适的材料,选定标准模数m,算出主要的结构参数。在结构设计的同时,对主要的受力零件进行强度计算。
本次设计的难点在于齿廓重叠干涉的验算,在设计的过程中通过多次变换变位系数和齿顶高系数以达到要求。

The transmission use the structure of one tooth number difference ary ,Within the ring gear and the reel is fixed are two ary gear , the use of symmetrical arrangement,to reduce the vibration due to the inertia institutions take the type of pin and fixed with key and bearing, it can not turn. Axis rotation , ary gear with the gear mesh, fixed output mechanism , the ary gear can only revolution can not autobiographical , forcing the internal gear rotation to drive the reel rotation .
Because the annular gear and external gear's number of tooth difference is very , involute internal gear drive with small tooth difference, often produces a variety of order to ensure the normal operation of the gear transmission, it is designed to satisfy two main two main limiting condition is that it must guarantee does not have the tooth outline overlap interference and meshing rate smaller than main design process includs the structure under the conditions of use and load conditions and a reasonable to the structure and strength requirements , the appropriate choice of materials , selection criteria modulus m , calculate the major structural do the structural design , strength calculation of the main parts .
