循环流化床锅炉是近二十年我国发展起来的一种新型的燃烧设备。与其他燃煤方式的锅炉相比其具有高效、低污染、清洁燃烧等特征,决定了它的发展空间非常巨大。总体来说,循环流化床锅炉具有燃料适应性广、负荷调节性能好、灰渣易于综合利用等优点,而且低温燃烧、床层反复脱硫导致低NOX、SO2排放,燃料多次循环促使炉内湍流运动强烈,燃烧效率接近煤粉燃烧,因此在国际上得到迅速的商业推广。我国目前的环保要求日益严格,在电厂的负荷调节范围较大、煤种多变、原煤直接燃烧比例高、燃煤与环保的矛盾日益突出的情况下,循环流化床燃烧技术已经为首选的高效率低污染的新型燃烧技术。
但是循环流化床锅炉与其它锅炉相比,磨损比较严重。循环流化床的锅炉中,有许多部件是在高固体颗粒浓度的不断冲刷环境下工作的。这些部件的磨损问题日益突出,严重影响了锅炉机组的安全经济运行。
本文根据循环流化床锅炉的燃烧特性,对循环流化床锅炉的磨损及其布风装置、炉膛水冷壁、炉内各受热面、尾部受热面等方面采用的防磨措施进行了初步的探讨。
