Abstract
Full-automatic powder vertical modle packing machine is used for the consecutive filling of granuar products with varied viscosity in daily chemical industy, medicine,foodstuffs,pesticide and petrochemical industry. The whole machine,made of stainless steel,is clean and hygienic,and fully pliance with the GMP requirements for medicine features are as follows: compact and reasonable design,and simple and attractive appearance,easy adjustments and accurate filling can be achieved and counting is filling range and speed could be adjusted and very simple .It has characteristics of start buffering,high flexibility,large torque at lower velocity,stable speed,,constant working voltage and antidisturbance.

This design pletes the transmission system (including chain wheel, gear, axis), material measurement installment and overall assembly structural design.
