题目基于UG的三通注塑模结构设计及仿真
摘要:
塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一,而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类,因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。
塑料制品的成型方法很多。其主要用于是注射,挤出,压制,压铸和气压成型等和气压成型等。注射成型分为加料,熔融塑料,注射制件冷却和制件脱模等五个步骤。本课题主要是针对塑料三通接头的注塑模具结构设计, 介绍了以UG NX ,探讨了注射模设计的一般方法, 实现了智能软件与实际设计的结合,提高了模具设计的效率及塑料制品的生产效率。针对塑件的具体结构,该模具采用滚轮式滑板抽芯机构。模具结构紧凑,抽芯稳定可靠,选取大抽拔角度,能满足较长的抽拔距离。

Title Structural Design and Emulation of Injection Model
for T-Joint Pipes Based on UG NX
Abstract
Plastic industry is a industry classes which growing most quickly in the world now, and Injection mold is a type with quick development,therefore, The research of Injection mold makes great significant to understand the production process of the plastic product and improve the product quality.
There are amounts of molding method of the plastics products. Among them mainly are injection molding , extrusion molding, pressing molding 、 pressure die casting and pressure molding, etc. The injection molding type is divided into five steps :add the material、 melt plastics、cool the inject product and make the products out from the mold . This topic mainly aims at the structural design of injection mold for T-joint tube We use UG as the mold developing platform. As introduced, the usual methods of injection mold design is discussed, bination between intelligent software and actual design is realized,as well as mold design efficiency and productive efficiency of plastic products are improved. In view of the specific structure of plastic parts, The core-pulling mechanism is the type of roller slide. The mold has these following advantages: compact structure、reliable core-pulling and large pumping-out angle .So it can meet the longer pump-out distance.
