摘要
民以食为天,食以安为先。随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对食品的追求体现出多样化和丰富化,食品添加剂的应用正好满足了人们这一追求。自从行业中出现食品添加剂后,丰富多彩的食品随时随地的出现在我们面前。人们在享受美味的同时,更要关心食品的营养和安全,特别是食品安全问题。
随着食品工业和化学工业的发展,食品添加剂的种类和数量越来越多,原以为无害的食品添加剂,近几年,一些不良食品企业对食品添加剂的超量、超限使用,使得国内食品安全问题频繁出现。再加上食品添加剂的不实报道,不仅让人们对食品添加剂产生妖魔化的印象,而且对食品安全事件心有余悸,食品安全问题成为了人们关注的热点。
本文以食品添加剂的背景、发展阶段、食品安全事件出发,首先,全面阐述食品添加剂的概念、种类、作用等基础上,对食品添加剂的使用方面进行分析,对食品添加剂使用和管理过程中存在的问题进行了研究,并针对性的提出了全面加强食品添加剂安全监管措施的建议和对策,使人们更进一步的认识食品添加剂的作用及食品生产加工企业对食品添加剂安全使用规范,保证消费者的健康。

Abstract
The food to Ann is first. With the increasing of people's living standard, people pursuit of food reflects the diversity and enrichment, the application of food additives, just can meet the people to the pursuit. Since the industry in food additives, rich and colorful food anywhere at time appear in front of us. People enjoy the delicious at the same time, more should be concerned about food nutrition and safety, especially in the food safety issues.
With the development of food industry and chemical industry, food additives, the amount and type of increasing, thought harmless food additives, in recent years, some bad panies excess, transfinite use of food additives, make domestic food safety problems occur frequently. Add food additives urate reports, not only make people to demonize the impression of food additives, and concerned about food safety events, food safety problems e the focus of attention.
Based on food additives, development stage, the background of food safety events, first of all, the food additives in this paper, based on the concept, type, function and so on, to analyze the use of food additives, food additive use and management problems that exist in the process are studied, and prehensive strengthen the supervision of food additive safety measures are put forward the Suggestions and countermeasures, makes people further understanding the role of food additives and food
