毕业生就业管理系统是一个具有交互功能的人才信息管理系统,其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前台程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库;而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易于使用。该系统的开发主要用的软件是ASP和SQL Server 2000。
本系统具有的功能包括个人用户查看新闻、查看招聘信息和发布个人求职信息;企业用户查看新闻、发布招聘信息、查看求职信息;系统管理员对个人用户、企业用户的管理和维护,同时完成对数据库的操作,其中包括新闻等信息的添加、删除、修改。
本文的主要内容为:第一、概述了本系统开发的目的背景等;第二、对该系统进行设计分析,对系统功能分析以及模块划分定义;第三、系统数据库的设计;第四、在上述基础上,对各个功能模块进行分析实现,并列出了一些程序代码以说明该系统应用程序设计中所采用的技术。

Abstract
Graduates' employment management system is an interactive system of talent information management mainly including the creation of database and the development of foreground program. As to the former, it demands to set up database with consistency, strong integrity and good security. But for the latter, it requires full function and easy to use. This system mainly uses ASP and SQL Server 2000.
This system has the function of the individual user to view news, to check recruitment information and to release job-seeking information; enterprise users to view news, to release recruitment information, to check employment information; system administrators to modify the management and maintenance of the individual users and the enterprise users, at the same plete the operation such as add, delete, modify to the information of news.
This paper focuses on contents as follows: Part1, summarizes the purpose and background of the development of this , analyzes the design and function of the system and introduces related , designs the system database. Part4, analyzes and realizes each function module, and lists some program codes to explain technologies employed in this system.
