本设计结合中国石油大连石化公司10万吨/年乙苯-苯乙烯装置,对苯乙烯精馏工序计算机控制系统进行设计。设计内容包括电气原理图与接线图、自控设备选型、硬件方案设计、监控程序设计四部分。
下位机采用厦门宇电公司的AI系列智能仪表,现场传感器将测得的工程量转换成4~20mA标准电流经转换电路转换成1~5V电压送入智能仪表,仪表内置人工智能PID调节器,经调调节的电信号以4~20mA的标准电流送入现场调节阀等设备中,以实现生产过程的自动控制。控制的核心在智能仪表中。所有智能仪表均采用RS485接口,并联在RS485网络中,RS485网络通过串口服务器接入工业以太网,以实现局域网内的通讯。
上位机运行组态软件。在组态软件中建立I/O设备,使之与下位机连接,并配置其通讯参数与下位机相同。建立组态数据库,设置I/O设备中需调节或显示的参数变量,配置量程,报警等参数。建立监控界面,画出控制系统的工艺流程图,并在监视点上设置相应的参数显示,将其连接至数据库。在控制点上,通过设置其左键动作的脚本程序操纵数据库变量,以修改智能仪表中的参数配置。
该控制系统运行时可对生产过程的参数显示和修改。实现在局域网内及广域网内对现场设备的实时监控。
