【摘要】
【目的】:探讨以HPLC法测定双黄连注射液中黄芩苷含量的方法,为测定其它成分作准备。
【方法】:应用甲醇-水(10%)为流动相,,检测波长为326nm[1],在Diamonsil(钻石)C18 (5μm,150mm×) 色谱柱上洗脱,外标法定量,黄芩苷成分含量可测定。
【结果】:~,r=, %,RSD= % (n=5 )。
【结论】:该方法简便,灵敏,重现型好,结果准确,精密度较高,线性关系良好,回收率也较高,测定结果显示12小时内黄芩苷稳定,适合于双黄连的质量控制。

Determination of baicalin in shuanghuanglian injection by HPLC
【ABSTRACT】
【Objective】:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian injection ,in order to determining other things ,we do that.
【Method】: The colum was packed with Diamonsil(钻石)C18 (5μm,150mm×). Methanol-water()was usd as mobil phase ,the flow rate , and the detection wave length was set at 326nm. Baicalin were separated by HPLC with grade elution.
【 Results】: The method was linear with in the rang of ~,r=, and the average recovery was %, with the RSD= %,(n=5 ).
【Conclusions】: The method was simple, accurate, highly sensitive, and reproducible. It also has the high precision and recovery , the linear is good,the determination solusion is steady winthin12h, and is suitable for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian injection.
