供应链金融是一种全新的融资模式, 是指对一个产业供应链中的单个企业或上下游多个企业提供全面的金融服务, 以促进供应链的核心企业及上下游配套企业“产供销”链条的稳固和流转顺畅, 以有效解决中小企业融资难的问题。
本文从商业银行的角度出发,对供应链金融面临的风险和表现形式进行分析,并对如何防范供应链融资风险提出了相应策略,从而实现供应链及供应链上各企业可持续发展的目的。

ABSTRACT
Supply Chain Finance can be defined as prehensive financial services for enterprises in a supply chain to help the whole production-supply-sale chain operate firmly and smoothly and effectively address the difficult problem of SMF financing.
In this paper,from the perspective mercial banks,I analyze the risks of the supply chain finance and the form of the 's more,I propose the corresponding some strategies on how to guard against the risks of supply chain financing in order to make supply chain and businesses of supply chain achieve a result of sustainable development.
