随着知识技术全球化创新的涌现,企业的生存和发展离不开高效率高素质的员工——知识型员工,因此如何有效地激发知识型员工的创造力,已成为现代企业人力资源管理的核心,在详细分析知识型员工个性,工作特征以及个体需要的基础上,从知识型员工对自己的工作薪酬,个人发展,工作自主性,业务成就等四个方面提出如何激励知识型员工。
本文通过结合国内外对知识型员工的激励现状,并对邳州涌泉矿山机械配件有限公司对知识型员工的激励现状进行阐述,分析公司对知识型员工的需求——薪酬福利、个人发展、工作自主性和业务成就等方面激励存在的问题,并对知识型员工激励中存在问题给予了相应的对策,以此来完善公司的激励制度,使公司得以迅速发展。

Abstract
With the emergence of knowledge technology globalization innovation, enterprise's survival and development is inseparable from the high effective and high quality staff - knowledge-type employees, so how to inspire knowledgeable staff's creativity, has e a modern enterprise human resources management in the core of a detailed analysis of the knowledge-type employees, personality, working characteristics and individual needs, and on the basis of knowledge-based employees from about their salaries, personal development, work autonomy, four aspects business achievements are proposed to motivate knowledge staff.
This article through bination of the knowledge-type employees at home and abroad, and the headquarters of stimulation situation springs of water mining machinery fittings Co., LTD of knowledge employee stimulation situation is expounded, the analysis of the knowledge-type employees the demand - compensation &benefits, personal development, aspects of autonomy and business achievement motivation, and the problems existing in the knowledge-based employees incentive to question gives corresponding countermeasures, so as to improve pany's incentive system, make pany develop rapidly.
