[摘要] 目的探讨应用小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法抽取76例患有急性阑尾炎的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组38例。对照组患者采用常规开放手术方式进行治疗;治疗组患者采用小切口阑尾切除术进行治疗。结果治疗组患者急性阑尾炎病情治疗效果明显优于对照组(% vs %);手术操作时间[(±) min]和术后恢复时间(±) d]明显短于对照组[(±) min,(±) d];术中出血量[(±) ml]明显低于对照组[(±) ml];出现不良反应的例数(6例)明显少于对照组(1例)。结论应用小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果非常明显。

y via mini-incision for the treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods 76 patients with acute appendicitis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, each group had 38 control group was given the operation of general surgery,and the control group was given the appendectomy via mini-incision. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (the total effective rate was % vs %).The time of surgery [(±) min] and recovery time [(±) d] after surgery in the treatment group were both significantly shorten than th
