[摘要] 目的:分析不同性质的小脑囊性肿瘤的MRI影像表现,旨在提高对小脑囊性肿瘤的诊断水平。方法:对35例经我院手术病理证实的小脑囊性肿瘤的临床资料与MRI影像进行回顾性分析。结果:毛细胞型星形细胞瘤12例,血管母细胞瘤11例,髓母细胞瘤5例,转移瘤7例;它们在MRI影像中有一定的共性,也有各自的特性,主要表现在肿瘤的形态、瘤周水肿程度和对比剂增强征象上的各异。结论:小脑囊性肿瘤各自特殊的MRI表现,以及好发年龄和部位是诊断和鉴别小脑囊性肿瘤的依据。

Analysis of MRI Imaging of Cystic Tumors in the Cerebellum

[Abstract] Objectives: To improve the diagnosis of cystic tumors in the cerebellum by analyzing different types of MRI Imaging of cystic tumors in the cerebellum . Method: The clinical features and MRI Imaging of 35patientswith cerebellar cystic tumors confirmed by surgical pathology in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively . Result: Hair cell Astrocytoma 12cases, Hemangioblastoma 11 cases, Medulloblastoma tumors 5 cases, Metastatic 7 cases ; They have monalities, but they also have their own characteristics in the MRI imaging, mainly reflected in the morphology of the tumor, the extent of peritumoral edema and the different signs of contrast-enhanced agents. Conclusion: Better diagnosis and identification of cystic tumor in the cerebellum are based on the special MRI manifestations of the respective cystic tumors in the cerebellum, as well as the age and the location of onset.
