摘要:为了准确测定生活饮用水和水源水中的砷和汞,达到方法快捷简单、灵敏度高等目
的,应用 AFS-230 型双道原子荧光光度计,建立氢化物发生——原子荧光法同时测定水中
总砷、总汞的分析方法。本文根据国家对生活饮用水和水源水的要求,分别设定测定的浓
度范围,砷在 0-50ng/ml,汞在 0-。研究了灯电流、负高压、原子化器观察高度、
载气流量对测定的影响。结果:总砷在 0-50ng/ml 内, 总汞在 0- 内,线性相关系
数均大于 。在最佳条件下,砷、汞最低检出限分别为 、,方
法回收率分别达到 %~%和 %~%。测定结果满意。该测定总砷、总汞的
方法是可信的。它具有一次性消化样品,同时测定两种元素的特点。适用于具备氢化物发
生双道原子荧光光度计的用户对水中的砷、汞联测。本文可作为新人员上岗培训的参考教
材,为他们在实际工作中提供技术准备和经验借鉴。

Abstract:
For reliable, simple, rapid, sensitive setting out As and Hg of drinking water and source water,
the testing method of As and Hg in drinking water and source water at the same timeis developed
by HG(hydride generation)-AFS(atomic fluorescence spectroscopy). According to require of our
country, concentration range(As: from 0 to 50ng per ml Hg: from 0 to 1 ng per ml) is decided.
Operation conditions such as currents of lamp, minus high voltage, height of atomic oven and
carrier flow rate which affected the test have been optimized. The result is linearity correlation
modulus better than (As: from 0 to 50 ng per ml Hg: from 0 to ng per ml). The
detection limits are ng per ml for As and ng per ml for Hg under the best conditions.
The recovery ratios between %~% for As and %~% for Hg. The results
obtained were satisfactory by the method. The method is trust. It can once digestion and set out
two kind of elements at the same time. It is the same with measure As and Hg at the same time to
have HG- AFS. The paper can refer to consult , skill prepare and experience use for reference.
