建筑结构抗震设计的一个重要内容是选择抗侧力体系。其中,框架结构能达到很好的延性,抗震性能一般较好。但是由于地震时水平变形较大,易造成非结构构件的破坏。,但是在大震发生时,支撑容易受压屈曲,造成支撑本身或连接的损坏,不利于能量的消散,而传统支撑通过加大支撑截面积的解决方式又造成了材料的浪费。为解决此问题,专家和学者提出了一种能够防止受压时发生屈曲的支撑,称为防屈曲支撑。通过合理的设计,防屈曲支撑能够在大震时率先屈服耗能而不发生屈曲, 表现出良好的抗震性能。但是目前防屈曲支撑的核心技术大部分属私人所有,且国外一般以低屈服点钢材作为核心单元,材料供应量少,价格高,因此在国内尚未得到大范围推广。
本文首先全面介绍了防屈曲支撑的构成、基本原理、分类、优缺点等基本理论。其次深入分析了防屈曲支撑在不同设计状态时的工作机理,并对防屈曲支撑的稳定性进行了分析,推导了相关的公式,包括整体稳定、核心单元稳定和连接部分稳定的要求等。对于新研发的低碳钢圆管防屈曲支撑进行了足尺试验研究, 并对试验数据进行了分析,试验表明低碳钢圆管防屈曲支撑耗能能力良好,另对存在的问题提出了一些建议。结合国外及我国抗震设计规范对于房屋消能减震设计的要点说明,从基本要求、设计特点、支撑布置、设计流程等方面对防屈曲支撑的设计方法进行了探讨,为工程设计人员提供一定的参考。最后结合当前防屈
曲支撑在国内外的发展和应用情况,提出了我国进一步研究、应用、推广防屈曲
支撑的若干问题和建议,对未来发展趋势进行了展望。
