美债危机对中国股市的影响及对策

摘要
在很多人的心目中美国毫无疑问是当今最富有的国家,是经济运行最良好的国度,却不知道美国是一个以“债务”作为宏观经济运行的基础的社会。现在,美国的国债已经到达了一个极点,已经快要超出宪法规定的借债的最高点了。现在美国国债已经达到全年国内生产总值(GDP)的近90%,如果美国国债达到了GDP的150%,就会产生恶性通货膨胀的风险。如果美国国会不能在 8月2日前提高公共债务上限,美国将面临债务违约风险。美国共和与民主两党各自提出了解决方案,但却相互不买账。而美债的贬值,受到影响最大的则是中国,我国目前是美国最大的债券持有国。作为美国的最大债权国,美债危机是否会对中国股市带来巨大冲击?这是关系国民经济命脉的东西,所以也有了研究的必要了!因此本文首先叙述了美债危机的含义,其次系统阐述美债危机产生的原因和发展以及中国股市的现状,并通过美债危机对中国股市的积极影响和消极影响,简述美债危机对中国股市影响的对策研究。最后再简要地提出对对本篇论文的最后总结展望。

Abstract
In the eyes of many people,the United States is undoubtedly the most wealthy country which has the best economic operation,while the reality is that it puts "debt" as the basis for macroeconomic operation. Nowadays,the . Treasury has reached a pole and it almost beyond the highest point of the constitutional United States national debt has reached annual gross domestic product of nearly 90% ,it would cause hyperinflation risk if it reached to 150% of GDP . If the Congress could not raise the public debt limit before the August 2 ,the United States would face the default risks . Both the United States Democratic Party and the United States Republican party made proposals,but they did not agree with each the depreciation of the US debt ,the one es under the most tremendous influence is China,for China is the largest . bond ,will the US debt crisis bring enormous impact on China's stock market? This is about the lifeline of the national economy,so we need to study on article first describes the meaning of the US debt crisis and then explains the causes and the development on the US debt crisis and the present situation of China's stock ,through the positive and negative impact of China's stock market by American debt crises to brief the study of US debt crisis countermeasure effect of Chinese stock market.
