摘要
我国历史文化遗产保护体系的建立历经了形成、发展和完善 3 个阶段,即以文
物保护为单一保护体系的形成时期、以历史文化名城保护为重点双层保护体系的发
展时期和以历史文化村镇、街区为重心的多层保护体系的完善时期。但是我们应该
看到,我国目前就历史文化名城和历史文物古迹的保护规划研究得较为透彻,保护
规划的内容与方法研究已经较为成熟,而历史文化村镇保护规划才刚刚起步。作为
历史文化遗产保护体系的一部分,对历史文化村镇保护规划的研究已迫在眉睫。
作为个案研究,本文以山西省润城历史文化名镇保护规划作为对象,进行大量
实地现场调研,从建筑学和城市规划的角度,结合地理学、历史学、社会学等多学
科的知识,对已有 500 多年历史的润城名镇的历史文化价值进行发掘与评价,运用
专业理论知识和设计方法,从保护规划的原则、方法、内容和措施等方面对名镇进
行研究,以期更好地保存这些历史文化遗存。同时为山西沁河流域古村镇研究和保
护提供借鉴。
本文共三个部分 5 个章节,第一部分包括一、二章,主要论述“历史文化村镇”
的相关概念及其历史文化村镇保护规划的特点;第二部分是论文的核心章节,包括
三、四章,分别论述了润城名镇的特色与价值、历史文化名镇的保护规划研究,提
出了润城名镇保护规划的措施;第三部分是结语。

Abstract
Our country history cultural heritage protection system establishment had been
through repeatedly has formed, develops and consummates 3stages, namely take cultural
relics preservation as sole protection system formation time, take historical city protection
as key double-decked protection system development time and take historical culture
villages and small towns and block as center of gravity multilayered protection system
perfect time. But we should see, at present our country paratively on the
historical city and the historical relics historical site protection plan thoroughly, protected
the plan the content and the method research already is mature, but the historical culture
villages and small towns protection plan only then just started. As a history cultural
heritage protection system part, has been imminent to the historical culture villages and
small towns protection plan research.
As the analysis case studies of ancient town, This thesis based on the studies of the
ancient town in Shanxi province, Run city which has the history of more than 500 yeas,
from the aspect of architecture history and city-planning, combining with geography,
sociology and history and the knowledge of other several sub
