摘要
传统供水管网改扩建方法主要是通过人工经验进行多方案技术经济比较,
它无法实现各参数的充分优化;构建同步优化水源供水量、加压泵站水泵组合、
管网布局、管网管径等的数学模型,往往导致问题复杂、求解结果不可靠。为
了避免上述两种方法的不足,也为易于实施黄岛区供水管网规划项目、实现供
水管网改扩建优化,开展供水管网优化改扩建研究。
研究总体思路以实现黄岛区改扩建后供水管网运行费用最低为目标,首先
创建拟合供水全程平均水力坡度的方法计算扩建管网管径未定时入口需求压
力值,实现了基于水力模型模拟的供水管网改建、扩建分步实施,避免了改建、
扩建同步优化求解时的计算时间长、求解结果不正确的问题;
以平均日平均时供水能耗最低为目标函数,以供水管网建造费用经济等 9
个指标为约束条件,构建了供水管网优化改建模型,并应用 Matlab 及
软件通过遗传算法求解,实现了各供水厂供水量及改建管道管径同步优化;以
经济流速为约束,研究了基于平均日平均时工况下扩建管道管径优化方法;
通过黄岛区历年用水量数据,采用分类加和法、人均综合指标法、年递增
率法、线性回归法、单位面积法、灰色理论法和非线性混沌理论法 7 种方法进
行规划年限需水量预测研究;
将供水管网改扩建优化方法应用于黄岛区供水管网改扩建中,所得方案合
理、满足各项校核要求,证明该方法可行。

Abstract
Traditional water work renovation and expansion’s method mainly
had technical and parison of the multi-program under the human
experience, which can not optimized the various parameters fully. The
mathematical model which attempted to simultaneously optimize multiple
variables such as export flow of each water plant, pumps’ combination of each
pump station, the layout of water work, the diameter of each pipeline
and so on, plex and obtained unreliable answers in many cases. In order to
avoid the deficiencies of the above two methods, and at the same time, to
implement the project of the Huangdao water work planning expediently
that to optimized water work renovation and expansion, the water
work renovation and expansion optimization was carried out.
The purpose of the research’s general idea is to minimize the running costs
when the the future water work was run after the renovation and
expansion. A new method called fitting the average hydraulic gradient of the entire
water supply path was created, and it was applied to calculate the import’s
pressure demand value of the work’s expansion when its diameter had not
