摘要
本文对比分析了目前变压器油硫腐蚀的主要防治措施,包括:钝化法、换油法、在线去除DBDS方法,重点研究了钝化法的作用机理。本文以苯并三氮唑为母体,合成了1-苄基苯并三氮唑、1-丁基苯并三氮唑和1-己基苯并三氮唑。使用二苄基二硫作为活性硫来源,采用ASTM D1275B方法检测金属减活剂的钝化效果,发现添加了1-取代苯并三氮唑的油样不能通过腐蚀性硫检测,分别添加了苯并三氮唑、T551和Irgamet 39的三个油样能通过腐蚀硫测试,空白油样同样能通过腐蚀性硫测试。为了进一步验证1-苄基苯并三氮唑的钝化效果,本文设计了对比实验。结果显示,1-苄基苯并三氮唑没有任何的钝化效果。同时,本文还检测了空白油样的酸值、电阻率和介电损耗,结果显示油样的酸值正常,介电损耗和电阻率合格。

SULFUR CORROSION PREVENTION AND CONTROL MEASURES IN TRANSFORMER OIL
ABSTRACT
This article performs parative analysis of the main prevention measures of sulfur corrosion in transformer oil, including: passivation method, changing oil and online removal of DBDS, and mainly focuses on suppressive mechanism of passivation method. This paper uses benzotriazole as starting material, having prepared 1-benzyl-benzotriazole, 1-butyl-benzotriazole and 1-hexyl-benzotriazole. Then, using dibenzyl disulphide as sources of corrosion sulfur, we adopt ASTM D1275B method detecting reductive effects of metal deactivator, finding that the oil added 1-replaced benzotriazole cannot pass through corrosion sulfur detection, and that the oil respectively added benzotriazole, T551 and Irgamet 39 can go through corrosion sulfur test, and that blank oil sample also can get through corrosion sulfur test. In order to further validate 1-benzyl-benzotriazole suppressive effect, comparative experiments have been designed in this paper. Results show that 1-benzyl-benzotriazole have no suppressive effect. At the same time, this article also detects acid value, resistivity and dielectric loss of the blank oil, showing that acid value of oil sample is normal, but resistivity and dielectric loss are eligible.
