[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying levothyroxine sodium to treat the senile
hypothyroidism. Methods Convenient selection 70 elderly patients with hypothyroidism treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups randomly. The conventional group for 35 cases was treated with thyroid tablet, and the research group for 35 cases was treated with levothyroxine sodium. Comparative analysis of two groups of treatment effect, lipid metabolism, thyroid hormone levels and adverse reactions occur.
