摘要
伴随着经济社会的发展和市场经济的逐渐形成,市场竞争变得越来越激烈,
客户要求越来越个性化和多样化,企业不断追求利润最大化,这些都对现代企
业提出了更高的要求。计算机网络技术、通讯技术、信息技术的发展,现在企
业的组织形式发生了很大的变化,尤其是虚拟企业的提出,改变了传统企业的
组织形式,提高了企业的敏捷性、快速响应了市场要求、满足了客户需求的多
样性。供应链式虚拟企业是虚拟企业最为常见的一种组织形式,其跨组织性和
跨地域性,要求其在运行的过程中需要有可靠的物流运作模式作为企业快速响
应市场需求的基础。因此,第四方物流下供应链式虚拟企业物流运作模式研究
对于提高虚拟企业物流运作的效率,保障虚拟企业联盟响应市场的敏捷性具有
重要意义。
本文首先,阐述了论文的研究背景、目的和意义,简单回顾了国内外关于
虚拟企业和第四方物流的研究现状,介绍本文的研究内容和方法;其次,在第
四方物流、虚拟企业、供应链式虚拟企业相关理论的基础上,分析了供应链式
虚拟企业物流相关内容、第四方物流与供应链式虚拟企业结合及供应链式虚拟
企业物流信息平台;再次,为实现供应链式虚拟企业物流系统敏捷性的要求,
本文提出第四方物流下供应链式虚拟企业物流运作模式、运作过程、运作管理
以及物流方案的优化;最后,对本文所研究的内容做了总结,提出了本文在研
究上的不足和进一步的研究方向。

Virtual Enterprise Based on the Fourth Party Logistics
Abstract
With the economic and social development and the gradual formation of a market
economy, petition es more and more fierce, customer requirements
es more and more personalized and diversified and panies continue to
maximize their profits, which have presented higher requirements for the modern enterprise.
As the development work technology, munication technology and information
technology, anization has undergone a drastic change. Especially the
proposition of virtual enterprise has not only changed the traditional anization,
but also improved the enterprise agility as well as rapid response to market requirements
and satisfied the customers’ diverse needs. The supply-chain virtual enterprise is the most
anization of the virtual enterprise. The nature of anization and
cross-region of supply-chain virtual enterprise needs a reliable logistics operational mode as
the foundation for rapid response to the market demands. Therefore, research on logistics
operation mode of supply-chain virtual enterprise based on the fourth party logistics is very
