摘要随着机械制造业的飞速发展,为进一步提高教学生产类中小型数控车床的性价比,提高主轴转速,增加机床刚性,对原有的数控车床作了一定的结构改进设计,使之不仅能满足教学用途外还能用于生产实际上半精、精加工。
设计的内容为主要介绍了数控机床的现状及发展趋势,数控机床的概述和分类等,主要设计为CK6132车床总体及驱动部件设计,首先是主要动力参数的确定,主运动功率确定和切削量的选择,切削功率的选择等,进给驱动部件的设计,滚珠丝杠的选用,之后对其进行校核,介绍了导轨、导轨架及床身的设计。对导轨架的尺寸进行了估算。
完成了进给驱动的相关设计问题,能满足教学生产类中小型数控车床加工相关零件的要求,同时该机床也有较好的性价比,有一定的应用价值

The design for the content C introduces the present situation and development trend of selection and the significance of nc machine tools, summarizes and classification, the main design for CK6132 lathe overall and driving parts design, first is the main force of parameters, and the power of the cutting, etc, cutting power to drive into the design ponents, ball screw, after the test, to guide rails, and introduced the design and lathe bed. To guide frame size is estimated
This design has solved the related problem of feed and drive parts basically. It can reach the requirement of the teaching kind of small-sized machine tool of numerical control .It also gets certain economy and reaches the purpose of this design.
