某酒业集团酒糟废水处理工艺设计
Vinasse wastewater treatment process design
摘要
近年来,随着经济的发展,酒糟生产废水中含有的高浓度有机物成为水污染的主要来源。
论文针对某酒业集团的酒糟废水处理工程进行设计,采用UASB-CASS工艺对废水进行处理。处理结果表明,进水COD为20000mg/L,出水在300mg/L左右,%,进水BOD5为9400mg/L,出水在150mg/L左右,%,进水SS为1200mg/L,出水为200mg/L左右,%,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96)中新扩改企业发酵行业二级标准和《室外排水设计规范》(GB50014-2003)标准的排放要求。

Abstract
Recently, with the development of economy, the Wine-Making Industry is developing rapidly, Water pollution is the most sever in alcohol industry.
The paper is the design for vinasse wastewater treatment works. The UASB-CASS as the main process for wastewater treatment. The processing results show that influent COD of 21000mg / L, the effluent is 300mg / L, COD removal rate of about %; influent BOD5 of 9400mg / L, the effluent is 150mg / L, BOD5 removal rate of about %;influent SS of 1200mg / L, the effluent is 200mg / L, SS removal rate of about %, to《Integrated wastewater discharge standard 》(GB8978-96) emission requirements of the new extension and renovation business, the fermentation industry two standards and 《Outdoor drainage design code standard》(GB50014-2003).
