摘要
泡沫陶瓷材料的发展始于20世纪70年代,是一种具有高温特性的多孔材料。由于它具有气孔率高、比表面积大、抗热震、耐高温、耐化学腐蚀及良好的机械强度和过滤吸附性能,可广泛应用于热交换材料,布气材料,汽车尾气装置,净化冶金工业过滤熔融态金属,热能回收,轻工喷涂行业,工业污水处理等。
本文以以贝壳粉为造孔剂,研制氧化铝泡沫陶瓷。通过对制品体积密度、显气孔率、吸水率等性能的测试,分析了贝壳粉掺量对泡沫陶瓷性能的影响。实验表明,适量添加贝壳粉作造孔剂,可制得性能较好的氧化铝泡沫陶瓷。在本实验研究条件下,当贝壳粉掺量为10% 时,可制得外观良好、%,,% 的氧化铝泡沫陶瓷制品。

Abstract
Development of foam ceramics began in the een seventies, is a kind of high temperature properties of porous materials. Because it has a high porosity, chemical corrosion resistance and good mechanical strength and adsorption filtration performance of large specific surface area, thermal shock resistance, high temperature resistance, and can be widely applied to the heat exchange materials, cloth material, automobile exhaust purification device, filtering molten metallurgical industrial metal, heat recovery, light industry and coating industry, industrial wastewater processing etc..
Foam ceramic can be made by adding shell powder as foaming agent to ceramic raw influence of the shell powder on the quality of foam ceramic was analyzed through their related properties such as bulk density, open pore porosity, water absorption and so on. It is found that by adding proper shell powder, the better quality foam ceramic can be the condition of this experiment, when the shell powder content is 10%, can be obtained with good appearance, water absorption rate was %, , bulk density, apparent porosity of alumina foam ceramic products %.
