经济全球化给我国中小民营企业的发展提出挑战。民营经济作为社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度的重要组成成分,在国民经济发展中成为一支不可忽视的力量。然而,长期以来由于民营企业由于企业自身、政府政策和社会金融环境等方面的原因,融资成为制约其发展的一大难题。本文从民营企业本身、政府政策以及社会环境三方面入手,探讨了浙江中小民营企业融资的现状、问题以及对策。

ABSTRACT
Economic globalization gives our country development of small and medium non-governmentally operated enterprise to bring forward economy regards as the important part of economic system, during elementary state of socialism, which es one power cannot ignore in development of national economy. The aspect cause such as oneself,government policy and society finance environment but,for a long time because of non-governmentally operated enterprise because of enterprise,finance ing one big difficult problems restricting the person main body of a book reom non-governmentally operated enterprise self,government policy and social environment three aspect have started,have discussed current situation,problem and countermeasure minor non-governmentally operated enterprise financing in Zhejiang.
