文档介绍:柴油机气缸盖组合钻床总体及夹具设计
本设计课题来源于盐城市江淮动力集团。柴油机气缸盖是需要大量生产的零件,为了提高加工精度和生产效率,需要设计一种组合机床来改善柴油机机体的加工情况。本组合机床是针对气缸盖左、右、后个面上7个孔同时加工、生产率低、位置精度误差大的问题的需要而设计的。该设计的内容包括总体设计和夹具设计两方面。在总体设计中分析了被加工零件的加工工艺性,选择了加工的定位基准及夹紧方案,合适的切削用量、刀具、及机床的配置型式,合适的结构方案等,同时完成了“三图一卡”的绘制。夹具设计时,首先确定工件的定位方案,然后选择夹紧方案,估算夹紧力大小,选择夹紧液压缸的型号,最终完成夹具的零部件设计。最后根据计算结果绘制夹具装配图和主要的零件图。在夹具设计方面,采用了专用夹具,用符合六点定位原则的“两销一面”定位方案消除工件的六个自由度,使工件获得稳定可靠的定位,并有同时加工零件两个表面的可能,能高度集中工序。夹紧装置则选用液压夹紧装置,使夹紧平稳可靠。本组合机床效率高,成本低,加工精度高,操作使用方便,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率,满足了设计需要。

The Overall and Fixture Design of Modular Machine Tool for Drilling Holes of Diesel Engine Cylinder Head
Abstract: The design project is from Jiangdong Dynamic Group of Yancheng.
Considering the large quantity of cylinder head needed by diesels, a modular machine tool is designed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of diesel production. The machine tool is designed for the cylinder head left and right, after a seven-level processing at the same time, low productivity,location accuracy error of major issues. The design is mainly focused on both the overall design and jig design. The overall design specifse detailed analysis of processing techonology, choice of such factors as the positioning datum of processing, grip program, proper cutting parameters, cutting tools, the configuration types of machine tools, the proper construction program and so on. Meanwhile the drawing of “Three Charts and One Card” design, the first to identify the workpiece positioning programme, and the select clamping programme, estimates clamping force size, the choice of clamping cylinder model, the final fixture of the parts design. Finally, according to the results drawn fixture assembly and major parts of the map. As far as jigs are concerned, a special fixture are employed with the aid of the three platforms positioning program according to the principle of six points positioning to eliminate the six degrees of freedom of workpiece for a stable and reliable positioning.
