浅析人民币国际化的若干问题
摘要:改革开放31年来,我国国民经济获得了空前发展。一系列经济数据表明中国已具备推进人民币国际化的经济政治实力。人民币国际化同时也是我们应对美元霸权,解决高储蓄两难、货币错配风险、和人民币升值等问题的有效途径。本文首先对人民币国际化进行了可行性和必要性分析;其次,总结了美元、欧元、日元三国货币国际化特点,认为人民币国际化应更多的借鉴欧元经验即在东亚货币合作中推进人民币国际化;此外,本文从金融角度探讨了近期内大规模输出人民币所面临的障碍,提出了近期以金融业为依托的人民币区域化对策。

An analysis of several issues on internationalization of RMB
Abstract: Since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy in 1978, China’s national economy has developed unprecedentedly. Many economic statistics improves that China has the economic and political capability to begin the practice of internationalization of RMB,which is also an effective way to solve the current economic security problems facing dallor supremacy ,such as the delimma of high savings conflicted venture , the risk of currency mismatch, and the pressure of RMB the beginning of this paper ,the author makes an analysis on the practicality and the necessity of RMB ,based on parison regarding differences in the process of currency internationalization among US dollar , Euro, and Japanese Yen, the author advice the practice of internationalization of RMB should follow the example of Euro’s basing on Asian currency the end,This paper analyzes the fanancial obstacles of the large-scale export of RMB, and points out the current financial countermeasures for the RMB liberalization regionally.
