公路枢纽站场系统是公路枢纽的基础和“硬件”,站场布局集中体现了枢纽客运站场在空问上的合理分布、在功能上的相互协调、在能力上的有机统一,具有承上启下的作用,是公路枢纽总体布局规划最重要的内容之一。因而在站场布局规划中必须以具体分析城市现状和产业布局为基础。遵循站场布局的一般原则,以体现未来城市发展要求为目标,依照客流分布规律、各分区的功能、用地可能以及对外交通的特点,满足居民对外交通的需求,同时完善干线公路网,做到点、线、网协调。站场布局是定性分析和定量分析相结合的综合决策。影响站场位置选择的因素很多。因此在确定站址时,要对各方面技术因素综合分析。同时,还要注意国家方针政策中的有关规定。如城市规划、厂矿企业布局、居民点分布以及交通运输政策等。因为在实际选址过程中,各种条件和原则要求往往是相互制约,不可兼得。这就需要统筹兼顾。根据实际情况进行多方案的论证比较,从中选择最佳的站址方案。
