摘要
本课题以CJx2-12交流接触器为研究对象,进行装配流水线设计。根据装配的组织形式,产品的装配线采用带式输送机,双滚筒多拖辊水平输送方式,此方法便于提高产品生产效率的提高。首先,本文针对交流接触器结构、流水线以及工业工程等方面的知识进行了简单的介绍,特别针对流水线平衡问题、工艺流程与模特法方面的知识进行了重点介绍。运用模特法对生产线各个工位的操作动作进行分析,以确定各操作单元的操作时间。同时,根据实际情况确定出生产线的节拍,结合操作时间和节拍确定每个工位的操作工人数量,最后通过对生产线进行平衡并利用“5W1H”提问法以及“ECRS”原则对生产线进行合理的改进,最终完成交流接触器装配线的设计任务。最后利用Flexsim仿真软件对交流接触器生产线的运行过程进行了仿真。从而使装配线进一步优化。

AC contactor assembly line design and simulation
Abstract
This task is the research target with CJx2-12's exchange contactor ,Be underway that the assembly process is designed and the fitting pipleline is designed 。According to anization of assembly, product assembly line with conveyor, double drum roller drag the level of multi-mode transmission, this method is easy to increase production efficiency。First of all, it made the simple introduction for this passage about AC contactor structure、process and production line and IE, especially Production Line Balance and Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standard。Modeling method used for each station on the production line analysis of the operational actions to determine the operating time of the operation unit。At the same time,we could ascertain out the meter of a production line ,and bined operation time with the meter to decide the number of operation workers in every labor place.。Besides,,the production line could be improved by making use of "5 W1H " , "ECRS" principle and production line balance。 After that, the designing mission would be plished ultimately。Finally,,simulation software Flexsim production line contactor operation process is simulated. So that further optimization of the assembly line。
