摘要
本文对石英钟的结构、流水线以及工业工程等方面的知识进行了简单的叙述,特别对流水线平衡问题、工艺流程与模特法方面的知识进行了重点介绍。根据实际情况确定出生产线的节拍,操作时间和每个工位的操作工人数。在生产线设计的过程中,采用直线式流水线的设计形式,在排好各工艺流程内容的基础之上,运用模特法对生产线每个工位的操作动作进行分析,以确定各操作单元的操作时间。另外,本文对离散变量的计算机系统仿真一般过程以及eM-Plant 软件特点进行了具体描述和详细介绍,并利用eM-Plant 这一软件对石英钟生产线的运行过程进行了仿真。找出了在生产线运行过程中出现的阻塞和等待问题并对此进行了分析。通过我们的一系列设计及改进,初步的设计出一条可以顺利实现流水线生产的石英钟生产线。

Title:The Design and Simulation of the quartz’s Assembling Productive Line
Abstract
This passage made the simple introduction about the aspects in the structure of a quartz、process and production line and IE, especially for the Production Line Balance and Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standard. We could ascertain out the meter of a production line, and bined operation time with the meter to decide the number of operation workers in every labor place. In the process of the designing of a production line, it adopted the straight line and used Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standard to analyze every labor’s operating actions in each place on the base of knowing the content of the process so that we could decide the operating time from each handling element. In addition, this passage described concretely and introduced detailed the eM-Plant characteristic and the simulating to scattering variable system. And it has simulated the operating process of a quartz production line with the eM-Plant 。It has found the blockage and waiting problem appearing in the process of production line and has analysised them。 Through our range of design and improvement, the initial design could achieve a smooth production line of quartz clocks.
