摘要
随着社会不断发展,传统的路灯控制和管理维护手段已经跟不上现代化城市的发展速
度,路灯的远程监控已经成为国内外路灯无线监控系统必然的趋势。本文以某小区路灯远程
监控系统为背景,开发了一套智能的路灯远程计算机监控系统,并将其应用到当前的路灯远
程监控当中,实现了路灯的数字化自能管理。在分析国内外路灯监控系统现状的基础上,结
合当今国家对路灯管理的要求,借助分布式监督控制和数据采集系统和 GPRS 无线通讯技术
实现了对路灯的实时控制、监测,而且实现了基于地理信息系统功能的路灯远程监控管理系
统。同时在路灯选择上,采用了当今比较先进的 LED,大大减轻了城市的电力能源紧缺,节
约了国家能源。
在此背景下,本文主要讨论了 GPRS 和 技术在路灯无线监控系统中的应用。在介
绍 GPRS 和 网络的基础上,进行了 GPRS 模块和 模块的通信测试,并且通过编
程实现了 GPRS 模块的数据收发,以及 模块的集中处理。在此基础上,把GPRS
技术应用在路灯无线监控系统中。系统采集测控终端的数据并及时发送到监控主机,
监控主机采用 + 开发环境,实现了监控中心基于 GIS 功能的上位机监控系统。
通过监控主机的 GIS 功能,工作人员可以很轻松的掌握并了解测控终端的实时状况。

Abstract
With the development of the society, the traditional control and management
maintenance measures no longer keep the pace with the development of modern cities,
the remote monitoring of the street lights has e an inevitable trend of
wireless monitoring system at home and abroad. This paper based on the lamp remote
monitoring system of a residential area,developed an intelligent lights remote
computer monitoring system, and application to the current remote monitoring and
control system,realize digital intelligent management of lights. Through the
analysis of extant street light supervisory system’s function and the request to
the street light control management, we realize the real-time controlling and
monitoring of the street lamp with the aid of the distributional supervisory
control and data acquisition system and the munication
technology---wireless and munication. At the same time, in the choice
of the street we adopt of the advanced LED lights. It largely relieves the shortage
of the electric energy and saves the energy of the nation.
