我国房地产市场的宏观调控效应分析
摘要
房地产市场的健康、持续、稳定发展,对于国民经济的持续、快速、健康发展,对于全面建设小康社会和加快社会主义现代化建设进程具有十分重要的意义。在房地产业快速发展的过程中,也存在一些亟待解决的问题。这些问题不仅威胁着房地产金融的安全,也深刻影响了广大人民的生活以及国家经济的健康运行。本文通过深入研究中国房地产市场的发展现状及存在的问题,分析政府对房地产业进行宏观调控的原因及目标,阐明宏观调控政策对房地产行业产生的效果,在此基础上提出相应的对策建议,对于促进中国房地产市场乃至整个国民经济的持续健康发展,具有理论价值和实践意义。

Abstract
The real estate market healthy, sustainable and stable development of sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy, has great significance for building a moderately prosperous society and accelerate the socialist modernization process. In the process of rapid development of the real estate industry, we should see the real estate market, there are some problems to be solved. These problems not only threaten the security of real estate finance, a profound impact on the lives of the majority of the people and the healthy operation of the national economy. Through in-depth study of China's real estate market development status and problems of analysis of the causes and objectives of government macroeconomic regulation and control of the real estate industry, and to clarify the effect of macro-control policies on the real estate industry, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis to promote the sustained and healthy development of Chinese real estate market as well as the entire national economy, with the theoretical value and practical significance.
