基于PLC的立体车库监控系统的设计
摘要
立体车库是一种占用相同平面大小,来实现空间多层停车的车库。它充分利用了垂直空间,通过可编程逻辑控制器(Programming Logic Controller)来实现对车辆的存取控制。将相同平面多层复用,实现了一般平面车库的立体的纵向延伸拓展,从而提高了地面利用率,实现高效率停车。为解决停车难问题起到了重要作用。
本毕业论文通过应用可编程逻辑控制器PLC以及上位机组态软件MCGS来实现自动化升降横移式立体车库控制系统。升降横移式立体车库一般多为两层及两层以上,除去最高层外,其他车层都会留出一个车位作为中转车位。如果按水平车位有X个,垂直车位有Y个,那么它的停车总量为Z=X*Y-(X-1)。它的垂直运动使用升降机完成,水平运动则由水平托车完成。
本文对PLC在工业领域的应用,以及使用MCGS监控软件实现对工业过程的监控,提升工业自动化方面都用着重要的实践价值。

The Design of Monitoring System Based on PLC for Three-dimensional Garage
Abstract
Three-dimensional garage is a kind of take up the same plane size, to realize the multilayer parking garage space. It made full use of the vertical space, through the programmable Logic Controller (Programming Logic Controller) to realize the control of vehicle access. Will the same plane multilayer reuse, realize the plane of the three-dimensional garage general longitudinal extension development, so as to increase the utilization rate of the ground, realize high efficiency parking. To solve the parking problem plays an important role.
The graduation thesis through the application of programmable logic controller PLC puter is added. The MCGS configuration software realizes automatic lift move transversely type parking equipment control system. Lift move transversely type parking equipment for two monly layer and two layer above, remove the top, other car layer set aside an parking Spaces as a transit vehicles. If press level parking have X, vertical parking have Y, then its parking total to Z = X * Y-(X-1). Its vertical movement use the lift pleting. The level movement pleted by the level moving car.
In this paper the application of PLC in the industrial fields, and use the monitoring software realize the MCGS industrial process monitoring, improve industrial automation with all the important practical value.
