摘要
随着时代的发展,计算机在人们日常生活中的应用越来越广泛,智能化已经成为软件必然的发展趋势,它具备了广阔的应用前景,融入了各大行业,与人们的日常生活密切相关人工智能研究理论大部分得以转化成商品,更进一步促进了智能软件的发展,智能软件进一步应用于各种精密的测量的机器视觉效果。
风资源评估为风电场微观选址及经济评价提供依据,是风电工程中重要的环节。流体力学和计算流体力学为风资源评估提供了理论计算方法,但在工程应用方法还在不断优化过程中。
本软件是一款根据气象数据、测风数据的处理以及主要参数的计算,根据风速、风向等来确定该地区是否适合发展创建风电场。风资源的测量和评估水平将直接影响风电场选址和发电量预测,进而影响风电场的投资决策。此软件我们使用的具体标准是根据国家发展改革委员会2004,4,14日发布的《全国风能资源评价技术规定》。
通过此软件,我们可以直接对观测到的风力数据进行归纳,整理,分析,客观地对风能资源进行评估,充分发挥了我国采用的16个方位风向观测资料的优势,此外它充分考虑到了风参数的年变化和日变化,误差较小。

Abstract
With the development of the technology, computer is much more widely used in our daily life, and there is a growing tendency for software to e more intelligent. The intelligentized software will surely have a brilliant future, which involved in various industry. And it also promotes the theory in artificial intelligence turning into reality.
Evaluation in wind resource gives the scientific evidence in determining the location of wind power plant and economical value. It's the most important part of wind power project. Fluid Mechanics gives the theoretical method of calculation for wind resource evaluation, but it needs further optimization in project.
This software depends on the meteorology date and speed of wind,bined with the accurate record such as the direction and speed of wind, to make sure whether this area is appropriate for setting up a new power station. As we all know, the measurement and evaluation of wind resource will directly influence location of wind power station, and help to decide the wind power station investment. The software abides by "National wind resource evaluation rule" announced by NDRC in 2004.
With this software, we can direct to the observed wind data summarized, collation, analysis,and objective assessment of wind energy full play to the advantage of t
