摘要
环氧氯丙烷是一种重要的有机化工原料和精细化工产品,其生产方法主要有丙烯高温氯化法和乙酸丙烯酯法两种。目前,世界上环氧氯丙烷的总生产能力约为1050 kt/a,产量约为850kt/a。我国环氧氯丙烷的生产能力约为90kt/a,产量约为31kt/a,预计2005年我国环氧氯丙烷的需求量将达到200 kt/a,缺口很大,因此,应扩大生产规模,来满足市场需要。同时还应拓展环氧氯丙烷的应用范围,改进生产技术,提高产品质量,努力开拓国外市场,参与国际竞争[1]。

Abstract
Epichlorohydrin is one of anic chemical materials and fine chemicals. Its main production methods include the high-temperature chlorination of propylene and the process via allyl acetate. At present, the global total capacity of epichlorohydrin has reached about 1,050kt/a with the production of 850kt/a. The capability of epichlorohydrin in our country is about 90kt/a with the production of 31kt/a. It is estimated that the domestic demand of epichlorohydrin in 2005 will reach 200kt/a with a big shortage. Therefore, expanding the production scale to satisfy the market demand is necessary. At the same time, it is also needed to extend the application scope of epichlorohydrin, improve the production technology and product quality, expand the overseas market, and participate the petition.

概述
环氧氯丙烷是一种重要的有机化工原料和精细化工产品,用途十分广泛,主要用于生产环氧树脂、合成甘油、氯醇橡胶、硝化甘油炸药、玻璃钢、电绝缘制品。同时还可用作纤维素酯、树脂和纤维素醚的溶剂,也是生产增塑剂、稳定剂、表面活性剂及氯丁橡胶的原料。以它为原料制得的环氧树脂具有粘结性强,耐化学介质腐蚀、收缩率低、化学稳定性好、抗冲击强度高以及介电性能优异等特点,在涂料、
