[摘要]目的探讨TP方案化疗与PF方案治疗晚期食管癌的近期疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年4月一 2016年3月该院收治的晚期食管癌患者60例,分为 TP 组(n=36;紫杉醇 135 mg/m2 dl;顺铀 20 mg/m2 dl-3)与PF方案组(n=24; 5-***尿嘧啶500 mg/m2泵持续推注dl-5;顺铀25 mg/m2 dl-3);观察两组患者的近期疗效及毒性反应。结果TP组近期有效率为 %,明显比 PF 组高(%) ()。结论 TP (紫杉醇联合顺铀)方案化疗能提高晚期食管癌患者的近期疗效,同时其毒副反应发生率并未增高,可认为安全有效。

Comparative Analysis of Long-term Curative Effect of TP Plan and PF Plan Chemotherapy in Treatment of Esophageal Cancer

[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the long-term curative effect of TP plan and PF plan chemotherapy in treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods 60 cases of patients with esophageal cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into the TP group and PF group,the TP group (n= 36) adopted the taxinol of 135 mg/m2 dl and cis-plexes of 20 mg/m2 dl-3, the PF group (n=24) adopted the 5-fluorouracil of 500 mg/m2 and cis-plexes of 25 mg/m2 dl-3, and the long-term curative effect and toxic reaction of the two groups were observed.
