清扫车举升机构设计及校核
摘要
此次设计的道路清扫车是装有由本车发动机驱动的液压举升机构,能将车厢倾斜一定角度卸下,并靠自重使车厢自行回位的专用汽车。随着生产力的发展,对于垃圾倾倒的准确性和平稳性都提出了更高的要求。举升机构是本车的重要机构,它直接关系到本车对于车厢的举升性能。本文主要介绍利用ADAMS/View模块建立了举升机构简化物理模型进行了仿真。要求车厢在处于最大举升角时对液压缸仍为压力作用,并对举升支座的设计结果进行有限元分析和校核,以验证设计结果的可靠性和正确性,确保举升机构能够满足工作要求。
本文的主要内容包括1、在已知参数的条件下对举升液压缸主要原件的性能参数计算;2、由求得的参数画出该举升机构的二维CAD图及三维UG图,并在ADAMS中建立简单的物理模型;3、举升机构的仿真,借助ADAMS进行运动仿真,要求在其车厢在处于最大举升角时,对液压缸仍为压力作用; 4、举升支座的设计,并对其设计的结果进行有限元分析及强度校核。

Sweeper lift mechanism design and check
Abstract
The design of the road sweeper is fitted by the vehicle engine-driven hydraulic lifting mechanism, tilt angle can remove the car. It is a kinds of special train car that can return to the oriental place by their own weight. With the development of productive forces, the accuracy and stability of the car put forward to a higher requirements. Lifting mechanism is an important institution in this car, it is directly related to the lifting quality of the car. This paper describes the use ADAMS / View module to establish a simplified physical model of lifting mechanism and then simulated it. The design requires the pressure is still on the hydraulic cylinder when this institution at the maximum lift angle of the carriage, and the results of lift bearing design and verification of finite element analysis to verify the reliability and validity of the design to ensure the lifting mechanism to meet the job requirements.
The main contents include 1,figure out the parameters of the hydraulic cylinder based on the known parameters of it; 2, based on the parameters obtained by the lifting mechanism to draw the two-dimensional CAD drawings and three-dimensional UG map, and In ADAMS, create simple physical model; 3, lifting mechanism simulation, using ADAMS for simulation, called for lifting the carriage at the maximum
