摘要:朱砂根具有很高的观赏价值和药用价值,产业化前景广阔。在我国,朱砂根虽然自然分布较广,但属于零星分布,总的资源量十分有限,且其自然繁殖和更新慢,资源挖掘或破坏后不易恢复,因此进行朱砂根的人工繁殖意义重大。目前,对朱砂根的组织培养研究已经取得了成功,但组培投入大,风险大。因此最理想的方法还是人工扦插繁殖,但国内有关朱砂根的扦插繁殖研究尚未见报道。本文,通过使用不同浓度的3种生根促进剂,分别采用速蘸法和慢浸法处理朱砂根,揭示朱砂根生根快慢和生理指标变化。以期找到最适合朱砂根扦插成活的生长调节剂种类及其浓度和处理方法,为朱砂根的快速繁殖提供技术支持。试验表明:使用1000ppmABT1号生根粉采用速蘸法处理插条最适合朱砂根扦插成活。

Scatter in our country , the A. bicolor though scattering at ease is a small amount than broad, but belonging to, general resource amounts are very limited , whose propagation and renewal are slow and , the queen who excavates or destroys resource is not easy to recover , the significance carrying out the A. bicolor manpower therefore breeding is significant. The go into at present, cultivating to the A. anization has already got ess , has only form bank up with throw into big, risk is look forward to finding growth adjusting agent kind and their thickness , handling method and so on surviving be suitable to A. bicolor cuttage most,hope brings about help , produces certain social benefits in order the A. bicolor fleetness breeds.

1 前言
朱砂根(Ardisa crenata sims)又名富贵籽、大罗伞、黄金万两等,是紫金牛科紫金牛属的一种常绿小灌木。株高1~,。叶片互生,质厚有光泽,边缘略有锯齿,椭圆状披针形至狭披针形,顶端极尖或渐尖,基部楔形,叶上面为绿色,背面为红色、紫红色或紫色。花序伞形或聚伞状,腋生或顶生。花粉红色或白色,具芬香,花期6~7月,花谢即结果,果于8~9月成熟,持续到第二年开花结果。其果为成簇的鲜红色蜡质浆果,有稀疏黑腺点,大小如豌豆,直径约8mm。
朱砂根广泛分布于全世界,原产地从日本延伸到北印度。在我国,朱砂根主要分布在湖南、江西、四川、浙江、云南、广东等地。喜温暖、湿润和荫蔽的环境,生长最适温度16~28℃,稍耐寒,要求透气良好、排水性强的肥沃土壤。冬季室
