二、各流程所需资料
(一)申请名称预先核准
1、全体股东签署的《企业名称预先核准申请书》;
2、  字号(商号)电脑查询;
3、  股东的法人资格证明或者自然人的身份证明;
4、  全体股东指定代表或者共同委托代理人的证明,以及代表或者代理人的身份证明或资格证明;
