单亲家庭子女的心理障碍分析

摘要
现代社会中,随着家庭、社会结构的多元化,人们观念的更新,离婚率逐年提高,再加上一些不可预测的原因,家庭遇到灾难或事故,使得单亲家庭越来越多,不良的父母关系或父母离异是造成子女心理异常、心理障碍的一个很重要的原因。单亲家庭子女的心理异常,心理障碍比和睦家庭子女要明显得多。他们当中有的自卑多疑,有的敏感暴躁,有的孤僻忧郁,有的对抗性攻击性强(逆反心理),还有的故作潇洒,精神空虚寻求刺激。所以单亲家庭子女心理健康问题就成了构建和谐社会中必须要解决的问题。针对这一情况,作者认真对单亲家庭子女进行心理分析,并结合社会实际情况,使这些单亲家庭子女从根本上扫清心理障碍,把心理上的消极因素转化为积极因素。本文从单亲家庭子女的心理障碍形成的原因分析其心理障碍的表现形式,并结合其表现形式从自身、家庭、学校、社会四方面对其进行解决和分析。

Abstract
In the modern society, with the pluralism of the family and social structure, renewal of people’s ideas, and divorce rate increasing year by year, sometimes aggravated by some unpredictable factor like the disaster or accident that family suffered, there are more and more single-parent families. Bad parents’ relationship or parents' divorce is a very important reason that causes children’s abnormal heart and mental obstacle. They are more obvious in single-parent families than in harmonious families. Among them, some feeling inferior and skeptical, some sensitive and irritable, some unsociable and gloomy, some responding strongly to reactive aggression (negative mentality), others making a deliberate pizzazz, also seeking excitement because of spiritual emptiness, mental health problems of the children in single-parent families must be solved urgently in the process of building a harmonious society. In this instance, I carefully analyze mental of the children so as to let them to radically get rid of mental obstacle and change negative factor to positive factor, according to social practical situation. Based on the reason of making mental obstacle, this article firstly analyzes the expressing form of mental obstacle, then analyzes it from themselves, their family, school, society, four aspects, and deals with them.
