摘要
本文通过先制备醋酸乙烯,聚乙烯醇为原料,制备聚乙烯醇纤维。醋酸乙烯是通过乙烯法和乙炔法制得的,经过紫外线、γ射线、X射线等作用聚合;聚乙烯醇通过高碱醇解法,低碱醇解法制的。聚乙烯醇纤维经过制备纺丝原液,纺丝成形,后加工制的;纺丝原液的制备需要先水洗并脱水,溶解,混合,过滤和脱泡;接着使用湿法和干法纺丝成形;然后进行拉伸,热处理,缩醛化后加工,制的聚乙烯醇纤维。然后,分别介绍了水溶性和高强度聚乙烯醇纤维的制备原理;水溶性纤维的几种纺丝方法,如湿法,干法,干湿法,半熔融,硼酸凝胶,冻胶法,以及它的生产应用;高强度纤维的制备及应用和发展前景。
