摘要
随着社会和科技的不断进步,社会对教师的专业素养及教学方法的改进提出了新的要求,教育制度也在随之发生改变。在当前形势下,构建有效的教学课堂迫在眉睫。本文根据新课程改革的要求,提出了在课堂上灵活运用互动教学法的英语教学方法,分析了传统教学存在的弊端及制约课堂互动教学的因素,阐述了互动教学法实施的意义,原则及方法,并在此基础上提出了在教学过程中应注意的问题。教师应注重培养学生的创新精神和独立思考问题的能力,充分调动学生的学习积极性,使学生的听说读写全面发展。

Abstract
With the development of technology and society, teachers need to face more and more challenges and they should try their best to improve themselves in order to catch the steps of the society. And the system of the education is also changing according to the development of society. In the current situation, building an effective class is the most important thing. This thesis, on the basis of the curriculum reform, proposes to properly use the interactive teaching approach in English teaching, and analyses the problems that exist in the traditional teaching and the restrict factors in the interactive class. At the same time, it also elaborates the significance, principles and methods in putting the interactive method in place,and also points out some problems that we should pay attention to in the process of teaching. The teachers must attach importance to training the students ability in creative spirit and independent thinking, trying our best to arouse the study enthusiasm of the students. In this way we can make our students have all-round development in reading, listening, writing and speaking.
