地方院校应用型旅游管理人才培养中存在的问题及创新
——以玉溪师范学院为例
【摘要】我国的高等教育处在一个“量”、“质”不均衡的发展氛围当中,而在这种氛围下的高校特别是地方高校就会屡屡出现一些怪现象,限于我国的国情,高等教育的大环境暂时不会改变,那如何可以在环境不变的前提下减少这些怪现象的发生?本人认为,创新人才能力塑造途径不失为一个对策。本文通过对玉溪师范学院旅游管理人才培养途径中存在的的问题进行分析,得出作为一所地方院校,玉溪师范学院要完成应用型旅游管理人才的培养目标,应该在课程设置和人才培养的理念、流程、模式、教学方法等方面不断寻求创新,保障人才质量的有效提升。

【Abstract】Our higher education is in a "quantity", "quality" is not balanced development among the atmosphere, but in this atmosphere of colleges and universities, especially the local colleges and universities will often rise to a strange phenomenon, limited to China's national conditions, higher education, a large not going to change in the environment, then how can change in the environment under the premise of reducing the incidence of these strange phenomena? In my opinion, innovation and ability to shape the way people would be a response. In this paper, Yuxi Normal University on the ways of cultivating tourism management personnel problems that exist in the analysis, obtained as a local institution, Yuxi Normal University plete the application-oriented tourism management personnel training objectives, it should be in the curriculum and personnel training in concepts, processes, models, teaching methods, and so a constant search for innovation, quality and effective protection of personnel to upgrade.
