随着世界各国高新技术产业的飞速发展,风险投资逐渐成为经济生活中优化资源配置,带动产业结构转换的重要因素, 能否有效地利用风险投资已经成为社会经济发展和企业经营成败的关键。它作为一种投资体系已经广泛引起理论界和产业界的重视。然而,风险投资的退出机制对风险投资的最终成败有着举足轻重的作用,在风险投资中占有十分重要的地位。近年来,我国风险投资事业有了一些实质性的进展,但是与风险投资发展比较成熟的国家相比,仍处于起步阶段,还有许多现实问题需要解决,退出机制问题尤为突出。本文主要是通过对风险投资退出机制的介绍以及现今我国风险投资退出机制的现状以及影响中国风险投资业发展的关键性问题所在,针对阻挠当前我国风险投资业发展的问题进行切合实际的探讨,提出有针对性的近期与长远措施,提出完善的资本市场,完善政府(法律法规)职能,完善投资机构三方面的改进意见,旨在为推动我国风险投资业的新发展提供有建设性的参考建议,以健全我国的风险投资退出机制。
